I originally got my lease from another dealership so normally I would go to that dealership for service. But one day I had an emergency that made me go to Kings Infiniti and that day changed my mind. The staff here is great, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean and the wait time is not too too long. John Russo is the gentleman that takes care of my paperwork and he’s just amazing. My greeting was horrible. Luceny was rude. When I got there my appointment wasn't in the system that he use. I showed him my confirmation and he told me that I needed to see J Luceny was rude. When I got there my appointment wasn't in the system that he use. I showed him my confirmation and he told me that I needed to see John so he could tell him how to move forward. The rep that handled my appointment changed it to Wednesday December 31st from Monday December 22nd because of everything that I needed and after all of that I still was only able to get an oil change due to the shop closing early for the holiday.
