I felt somewhat disrespected when I was quoted 1 price over the phone then told another when I got there and then charged another price after the fact. Not cool at all. I have a great credit score but that didn't matter. I didn't have a choice in picking what vehicle I wanted. Felt railroaded into buying this one, and at a higher monthly payment then discussed earlier. I was told I would get a bran new car, but got a car that had 5000 miles on it already. Not new in my book. But considered to be new to them. Although I am happy with my car. I could have been happier if I had it my pick. After all I am the one paying for it. I regardless the place was clean and well maintained. But don't know if I will be back. Who knows. 🙂 all in all I give you ⭐⭐⭐ More

My last appointment was a total xxxx show. Came in for “the works”oil change with an appointment. An hour and a half later I went to check on my car, lots of looking at each other then at the computer, th “the works”oil change with an appointment. An hour and a half later I went to check on my car, lots of looking at each other then at the computer, then 3 people went off to find my car. Came back to tell me it was in the middle of a coolant flush?!?! Not what I came in for. Said it would be just 20 more mins and flush would be free. 45 mins later they came to get me. I paid for oil change and then - Again- they could not find my car. Mgr gave me his card for free oil change next time. Everyone Very apologetic. Every other time here it has been good. I guess just a bad day :( More

Had some issues after I purchased my vehicle, brought it in for service, it seemed like I was inconveniencing them by not just dropping it off (it was never discussed before hand). Issue wa not resolved, found out my brake pads are bad on a vehicle I just purchased, they are loaded with asphalt. Apparently a safety inspection was not properly done on my vehicle before it went for sale. I just bought brake pads for a vehicle I have had for 3 weeks and have only put about 300 miles on. And the alignment is still off. I may not bring my vehicle back for service, but their sales team is phenomenal. More
