Lincoln Date Night Tanya Tomanek, the Lincoln Concierge Manager, is one of the most polite and knowledgeable people I have met in the industry. She comes across with charm, grace, and the feeling that you can trust her. She exudes strength of character, and yet she is down to earth. She arranged for us to test drive an MKX overnight during a Lincoln Date Night. The MKX performed admirably. I have to tell you it was all about the seats. From the air conditoning in the seat and back to the added massage, the seats are in the top five. The only drawback to the front seating, was I have a wide bottom, and they did not fit me very well from a width perspective. I adjusted it to as flat as it would go, but I just could not get them as comfy as I would have liked. The engine gave up the RPMs and gusto when I needed it to. Otherwise, it just quietly purred along with the grace of a gazelle. The mood lighting in the doors was stellar. My wife got a real kick of it. The driver assist steering caught me off-guard a few times - it felt like someone was trying to take control of the steering, which the car-brain was, obviously. The door unlocking sequence bugged me. Sometimes when we went to get in, the passenger doors were still locked. I'm sure there was a setting for this that I could have reset. The remote start was a tremendous asset during the day -it worked admirably. The ride was smooth and tight, It felt like a sports car at times. The rear seats were roomy and comfortable according to my wife and mother, who both tested them out. They both like the back seats better than the front seats. They wanted air-conditioning in the back seats, which wasn't in this model. Hint - put air conditioned seats in the back. The other thing that bugged me was the size of the s=center console. It was so large it made ,me feel like a tube of toothpaste trying to give up its last dab for brushing. The seats were higher off the ground than a sedan, but not quite as high as a full-size SUV, which made it, from an ergonomically standpoint, easy on the core getting in and out - no plopping down into the seat or climbing up a ladder to get ready for driving. Overall, I would give the Lincoln MKX a 9 out of 10. However, I would give the staff at Board a huge 10+. My cell phone fell between the seat and console before I turned it in. Of course, I forgot about it until I got home. I called Bozard and spoke with John (an actual person an not a phone robot), who made sure my phone was recovered and waiting on me when i arrived. When I get ready to purchase, I will definitely seek out Bozard and give them first crack at earning my business. If you haven't tried date night - just do it. It may not be around much longer. More

They do everything right! This is our 4th Bozard Ford purchase, the last purchase being a month ago (F-150) and when it was time to replace my 2012 Escape, we returned. John This is our 4th Bozard Ford purchase, the last purchase being a month ago (F-150) and when it was time to replace my 2012 Escape, we returned. John Ramirez spent hours finding just the right Edge for me, going over every Edge in the inventory, explaining the many options, even demonstrating some, until we found the perfect one for my needs. We are very happy with our new vehicles and since we have only had good experiences with their Service Dept. we would wholeheartedly recommend Bozard Ford. More
