We did visit other dealers/other car makers and I have to say that John's team is the reason we purchased our Ford Explorer and the reason that I will only buy cars from this dealership. Jeremy was knowledgeable, helpful and wanted to put us in the car that was right for us, without trying to up sell us on any features or other models out there. I just purchased a new 2012 Lincoln from Fair Oaks in Naperville and the service was unbelievable!!! I got more for my trade than anywhere else and the sales person Pam was professional beyond your wild Naperville and the service was unbelievable!!! Everyone from sales, and finance to service were so friendly kept asking me if I wanted a bottle of water or coffee. Then a mechanic Mark was walking by and asked me if I needed help when I told him I was buying a MKT and he was so nice told me all about the vehicle, he was so friendly and energetic I have never experienced anything like it . Being comfortable with the sales process is important which I am but I feel so comfortable using the service department!!! Let’s face it after the sale the next 5 or 6 years I will need maintenance and service and I have never felt more comfortable with a dealership. I will never go anywhere else!!!! More
