I have worked with Paul Litwicki and John Krahnovich on two special order vehicles - '13 GT500 and '14 Raptor. They have been excellent to work with on both accounts. They confirmed they had the requisite vehicle allocations from Ford, provided an accurate delivery estimate, and worked with their regional Ford representative to provide me timely status updates. There was no pressure in either case - with none of the stereotypical car-buying experiences. I had a series of special requests for when each vehicle arrived, and they followed them exactly. They even expedited the PDI on the raptor so that I could bring it home very shortly after it was unloaded from the transport truck. Each time I am back at the dealership, whether for regular maintenance work or for purchasing a vehicle, it feels like I am visiting friends. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. More

They work to get you the best price with none of the silly back and forth that others do. They are both super and the consummate professionals. Additionally, in my opinion, one of their strong suits is you can trust them - they are old fashion "our word is our bond" guys - how cool is that today? I will continue to buy from Fair Oaks and have already bought six vehicles from them. Next is Bob, he is top flight and works with you to get the vehicle to you in pristine condition. If there is an issue he handles it. I had a remote start issue that no one could fix and in typical Bob fashion he said, "I got a guy." He did and took care of it. I enjoy dealing with him and trust him, not to mention some great vacation tips from him too. The service department is the best. The bottom line is, buy a Ford or Lincoln, and buy from Fair Oaks and you will never go anywhere else again. I certainly won't. Kim W More
