Just bought my new Ford Fusion Hybrid! I visited the Fair Oaks Ford dealer while i was looking for a new car. I had already visited others in the area and I had planned to go to a differen I visited the Fair Oaks Ford dealer while i was looking for a new car. I had already visited others in the area and I had planned to go to a different Ford dealer but, since I wanted to look at both the Lincoln MKZ and the Ford Fusion hybrids, I thought this would be a good place to stop. Jeremy was friendly and trusting right off the bat. I never got the feeling i was a fish on a hook and I never was turned away. I kept looking at other cars but i kept coming back to Fair Oaks. I returned twice with each of my two daughters in tow…I rely on their opinion…and they were impressed as well. In the end, I checked one more dealer and came back again to Fair Oaks ALMOST ready to buy. Jeremy was busy with appointments but still made time to meet with me and show me all the cars he had on the lot that would fit my specifications (wants, must haves and must nots). I was sold and everyone helped out on a busy Friday night. I stayed until the deal was done and they all hung in there with me. Thank you all. More

I had researched the type of car I wanted and new exactly what I was looking for when I went in. Pam Hammersmith went out of her way to make sure she found exactly what I wanted as quickly as possible. I purchase my cars on the A plan but this was the first year since my husband died that I used the plan and everyone went over and above to help me connect to the correct site to obtain my pin number. When I picked up my new car Pam spent time with me to make sure I understood completely how to operate all the new functions and that I had all appliances connected. John Krajnovich the General Manager was great he explained everything to me related to financing to make sure I understood everything. Robert Wojtan explained all service options to me and made sure I knew when to return for appointments. I would recommend Fair Oaks for all you automotive needs. More

They also threw in a bunch of extras and cut me a break on extended warranties and protection. They worked with me very closely on finding the right price to fit my budget. I did not have to haggle with prices. They also took the time to carefully show me how the new computer system works inside the vehicle, as well as all the new features. And I was in and out of the dealership with a new purchase very quickly - this was not a whole day process. I am very much satisfied with the entire experience and I recommend this dealership with the highest regards! More
