Go to any Lexus dealership, and you will find excellent locations, beautiful showrooms, luxurious amenities, and of course the shiny cars. I was at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills last weekend. My son's very first car. Usually, kids do not like to drive their parents' brands, and I have been driving Lexus for over two decades; naturally, I was very enthusiastic. As we walked into the dealership, we were greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist; she actually stood up and welcomed us using a generous hand gesture like you would do receiving a guest in your home. Pierre, our associate, was equally friendly. The General Sales Manager, John Kim, greeted us and personally assured us a superior buying experience, and he truly lived up to it. The Pre-owned manager, Freddy Hall, was surprisingly friend, not to mention the finance manager; they were all great. So, what makes Beverly Hills Lexus a fantastic place to shop? It begins with their Group Vice President Ryan Gallante's ability to put together a team of amazing people. And having them execute an unparallel customer service philosophy that he holds. His team implements that philosophy with grace, and it is evident by the aura of the festive atmosphere that you feel at that dealership. These people are the real STAR of this dealership. More

It was a pleasure to work with Canaan on the sale of our IS 350. He was very helpful in showing us the features of the car. Really unfortunate experience. It took hours to return a lease and the sales rep was extremely high pressure and made deceptive claims. Kept confusing net with gross payments, was untrustworthy. Every time I walked away he lowered the price by $1000! He kept saying he couldn’t lower the price and then he did. I had used this dealership before because of their low pressure style. Never again! I also won’t recommend them if anyone ever asks. By far the worst car buying experience I have had in 30+ years of buying cars. More

Joe in service department is doing a great job to resolving my issue .I feel the upholstery shop should treat Jim Falk Lexus as a 5 star dealership as they deserve they should not provide substandard work to Jim Falk Lexus .You really got a black-eye on this one. I would like to report an incident that occurred between I would like to report an incident that occurred between me and Lexus Dealership in Beverly Hills. The initial purpose of my visit was to sell my car I would like to report an incident that occurred between me and Lexus Dealership in Beverly Hills. The initial purpose of my visit was to sell my car. Once I talked to sales person about selling my car they started offering me a new car. However, I told them that buying a new car was secondary because my main concern at the time was selling my car. After spending several hours at the dealership I decided that I will buy a new car from them since they are buying mine... not to mention that another Lexus dealer offered me a better deal . Jim Falk Beverly Hills promised that they will price-match and honor same deal. After agreeing to buy a car from them, sales person told me that their dealer didn't have the model I desired so that they had to deliver it from Santa Monica Lexus dealership. Sales manger promised that the car will arrive in 20 minutes with Michelin tires as I requested. But it arrived next day, and it was delivered from Lexus of Woodland Hills and with different low quality tires with a half empty tank of gas. Nonetheless, my deal with the dealer was that I will pay $1500 as a TOTAL DOWN payment which was ok for me , since that what was offered to me by another dealer , and Jim Falk Lexus agreed to price-match it. However, the problem accrued at the financing department when the employee told me (after signing the contract, first they make you sign on electronic signature touchpad then print the actual lease agreement , which already signed ) that my down payment does not include the first month payment and registration fee. I was shocked. I was told since I already signed the contract and the car was delivered ( which was a total lie ) I had to buy it. However, the fact that I was overcharged and lied to bothered me. The next day I called the dealership and they refused to take care of the problem saying that all they can offer is a complimentary service coupon. I decided to call the General Sales Manager John Kim, the General Sales Manager, who turned out to be the most unprofessional and rude manager ever. I explained my issue and said that their dealership lied to me and told me about extra charges only after signing the contract. I also mentioned that other dealership offered me that the down payment includes the first month payment and registration fee and that's what you promised to honer the same deal. His answer was "I don't care what other dealerships do". Basically, the entire Lexus staff didn't admit what the did and they refuse to refund the amount that was overcharged and instead offer me some pointless coupon that I was supposed to get anyway. Treating customers this way and then refusing to be responsible for such actions is unacceptable. especially during a pandemic. Instead of trying to be helpful and be thankful that during this hard times we customers still buy cars, they just do one thing very professionally , ripping off, screwing, lying and being dishonest. I noticed that there are many bad reviews about this dealership regarding the same issue. It seems like Lexus of Beverly Hills is specialized in making people sign contracts and then telling the real amount. I would like Lexus to refund the overcharge and improve the way they work. I personally advised my friends to stay away from Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills as far as possible, unless some people enjoy being ripped off and scammed by these liars. More
