I made one phone call to 5 Star Ford NRH and asked to speak to the General Sales Manager. I was greeted by Jeff Crabtree over the phone and I began to tell him my history of how I like to purchase new Ford's every year and how my relationship with another Ford dealership had abruptly ended. Jeff was very sincere and LISTENED to my wants and requests. He met every one of them making this in all reality, the easiest purchase of a new vehicle I have ever had. My salesman, John Hilsinger, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had all my paperwork printed and ready prior to my arrival to the dealership to take delivery of my wife's new 2020 Ford Explorer ST. David Welch, finance manager, was extremely helpful in explaining all financing options and was very friendly. I cannot begin to tell you how easy this purchase was. I have now ordered a new 2020 Ford F-250 Platinum from 5 Star Ford NRH and expect it to arrive next month and will be returning to purchase this vehicle in the near future. Thank you all! There was an undiscovered issue with the fan assembly, which when we brought to their attention was promptly dealt with. He even arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle while they worked on our car at the other dealership! The competitor didn't have a loaner vehicle that accommodated our family size (we have 4 kids 10 &, under), so John actually went the extra mile and took care of us with their office. I'll never purchase from another salesman as long as he's there. This is our 3rd car from him. More

Once it was all said and signed John continued to show us excellent customer service even though we were waiting on the finance and it was after the time he was supposed to be off. It was truly surprising that even though I came in to look at a used vehicle that ended up being to far out of my price range, John was able to show and negotiate on a new vehicle with no hesitation.
