Never had a more amazing experience! We weren’t planning on purchasing until after the first of the year. We were buying a new vehicle due to my pregnancy, but had plenty of time to “shop around.” We had visited several other dealerships to find the perfect car, but time and time again, either the sales person was more of an annoyance, or they didn’t have a vehicle that I liked enough to purchase. We went into 5-Star Ford with the same mentality. We were originally welcomed by Eddie and were welcomed so warmly and non “salesman like,” which was immensely appreciated. Eddie showed me the inventory of the SUV I was looking at and I guess already knew my thoughts of what I was looking for - he showed me the vehicle I ended up purchasing; falling in love with it instantly. Eddie was already working with another customer, so he introduced my husband and I to John Hilsinger. My husband was also looking for a truck, and through a seamless process, John found my husband’s truck and insisted it was the best truck in inventory that matched our specifications. As soon as we drove it, we knew he was right. What separated John from any other car salesman (in our lifetime) was his genuine care for our needs. He listened and was there for us every step of the way. It felt as though we were his family that he was taking care of. John talked about the difference between 5-star Ford and the rest of the car industry, the culture of the company and the employees that they hire. It was more than apparent that 5-Star Ford has a culture unlike any other car dealership in the nation. John treats his customers as if he would want to be treated, and it was much appreciated! It was also impressive how knowledgeable John was about the product. It was shocking to me how he knew every detail about my SUV and Josh’s truck - it was great! He kept mentioning feature after feature, in an excited tone, which made me even more ecstatic about my purchase! I loved it! I have mentioned our exceptional experience to many people and wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone to John, because I know they would be taken care of. Thank you John and 5-Star Ford for everything!
