John has been with the Gorges family since January of 2010. He started in the parts department as a parts advisor, from there he became the Parts Manager for several years, and today he is our Service Director overseeing both the Service and Parts departments. He has a strong love for technology, rc cars, and all things computers. His natural knack for fixing things quickly gave him the role of the dealership's IT support, also.

With one exception, the overall satisfaction with the dealership has been excellent. After purchasing the vehicle, I felt like it had been the least painful of all my lifetime purchases. My wife was also dealership has been excellent. After purchasing the vehicle, I felt like it had been the least painful of all my lifetime purchases. My wife was also very comfortable with the Sale’s person and that was important to me. At time of first 12 month service,, we were surprised to be charged for a normal tire rotation. We had been led to believe that normal maintenance was covered by our lease agreement. Then surprise, tire rotation is not considered normal maintenance. It wasn’t the money involved which was very little.After expressing our disappointment, the Sale’s person offered to reimburse us for our out of pocket expense which was nice of him but not nice enough to forget what had transpired. We love the car but it doesn’t look like I’m going to be able to get past being misled at time of sale. It will probably be the only Volvo we will ever drive. Sad but true. More
