He didn't try to "sell" me a car, he advised me on my options, and on pricing, and allowed me to ask questions, think things over, and take my time with a leasing decision. I've dealt with Honda Cars of Boston for 12+ years, and even though I live a mile from another Honda dealer, I continue to go back to Honda Cars of Boston for my sales/leasing and service - the quality of the people and the service is THAT good. We have been dealing with John Fitzpatrick ("Fitzi"). As usual John was very extremely helpful, upfront and above all honest. It was extremely crowded in the dealership but John and Bob Blacker the Manager catered to our needs bringing out different vehicles for me to test drive in very very cold weather. 3 vehicles later I decided on the CRV and finally the color! This is why I will continue to keep buying Honda's at Honda Cars of Everett. Thank you for your assistance guys. More

Working with John made the experience of buying a car so much easier. My father who accompanied me also liked the dealership, and his reason for being there was to primarily watch for the sharks. First of all I must note that this dealership really does sell cars, so if you see something your interested in try to lock it down as soon as possible. The car I was interested was a Honda Civic 2010 was sold so we found another civic. John let us test drive the car immediately. We have not even walked inside the dealership yet, he got the key and let me and my dad test drive. He said "Buying a car is like buying a pair of shoes, you gotta try it before you buy it." After our test drive we're ready to talk money. Little did we know, while we were on the test drive, the car had actually been sold!! John finds another civic 2010 around our price range. We test drove it and we closed a deal on it. The money part wasn't bad at all! I did my homework, I knew my credit and what type of rate I should expect. I pretty much knew what my monthly payment would be. Being 25yrs old, I have some more building to do, but I can say I am proud of my credit now. I got a rate which I deserved. I did not have to go into negotiations or shop with other dealers/banks. I'm a first time buyer of car, this is the second dealership I ever visited. They pretty much did all the work. I did not have to stress about banks trying to advantage of me. I know where I'm going first when need another car down the line. More
