We met with John, Rich and Alex, and After some truly harrowing experiences at other dealerships, my wife and I paid a visit to Honda Cars of Boston. We met with John, Rich and Alex, and were pleasantly surprised by how forthcoming they were with discussions about car choice, colour, price, etc. At no point did they try to pressure us into purchasing additional features and services, nor did they throw any curveballs at us with regards to price. We had a bit of an urgent deadline for car delivery, which they went out of their way to accommodate. John even came in on his off-day to hand off the car to us in person, and checked in with us after the sale to find out if all was well. Overall we had a great experience at Honda Cars of Boston!
