My wife's lease is almost up and she will be returning for her 3rd vehicle from this location. Just recently, my parents and my nephew have purchased vehicles from Honda Cars of Boston. There truly is nowhere else for me or my family to even consider going. The level of professionalism and friendliness in which they work with their customers (and each other for that matter) is very comforting. They work with you through the entire process from beginning to end, leave no questions unanswerred, and no stone unturned. That goes for the service department as well. I have at least 3 Honda dealerships closer to my home in Salem but I go out of my way to see Ben Crocker and John Fitzpatrick because they take care of me and are always good for a few laughs. More
