Purchased a 2019 Bullitt Mustang in August 2019. I drove it for 6 months, it had an electrical problem, was in service for 6 months. Could not be fixed. Bozard gave me a loaner to use. Overcharged, quote not honored I was quoted $100-125 for my work when checked in. My bill was $198, then reduced to $186 after I complained. The person who quoted and checked me in was gone by the time my truck was finished so I had to pay the higher price. The next morning I called Discount tire and got a quote for the exact same work and was quoted $90. I don't mind paying a little more to go to a dealership, but I feel I was taken advantage of. Was also told 1-1.5 hours and it took 2.5. 2 customers (that I noticed) came in after me and was pulled into shop ahead of me. I tried to make an appointment earlier that day and was told they do not take appointments. Lastly, my oil change monitor was reset to 100%, but I came in for tire services and did not receive an oil change so now I do not know when I am truly due for an oil change. The worst part is that I emailed my service advisor and the quicklane manager, but received no response. I guess my business is not important to them as a loyal customer (or used to be). More

3 out of 4 visits were great I have used Bozard Quick Lane 4 times. I would have given a 5 star for the first 3 visits, since the first 3 times were perfect. Fast, courteous, and I have used Bozard Quick Lane 4 times. I would have given a 5 star for the first 3 visits, since the first 3 times were perfect. Fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. The 4th time was different, We scheduled a service, but also needed a front and rear brake job. We were told it would take about an extra hour for the brakes, so my wife decided to stay and wait (by shopping at the mall nearby). But it actually took 2 1/2 extra hours, so she had to sit and wait for an extra hour and a half. We would have made other plans if we had known about the real wait time. We also learned that part of the extra wait included a lunch break for the mechanic. As a good note, the Quick Lane Manager (John Douglas was made aware of the mistake and he offered to provide a free future service for our next one. This was a great gesture to make up for their mistake, and we appreciated his concern. Very professional and courteous. We accept the apology and will be back. More

Will remain a customer. I may come across as somewhat biased as I know one of these individuals personally, but that only directed me to an initial visit. Knowing the qualities of this person I hoped that the same qualities were present in his employees... and they were. The staff truly seems to care about the quality of their work and take pride in their results. They managed to keep my two lemons running in good condition until time came to purchase a new vehicle which I of course did at Bozard's. from my experience, everyone that enters is treated as family, and their concerns are important to the staff. More
