My experience at Cortese Ford I have been with Cortese since i was a student at RIT (1997) and first car was Ford Aspire, Later bought Ford Focus, for my daughter, later I got Ford I have been with Cortese since i was a student at RIT (1997) and first car was Ford Aspire, Later bought Ford Focus, for my daughter, later I got Ford Escape, and Honda Accord for my second daughter, later traded this for Ford Fiesta, then Ford Focus, and later another Ford Escape, and i been treat as Cortese family, the service is great people are very friendly and I will recomend Cortese ford for anybody who is in the market for a vehicle! More

I came back to Ford to buy my car because of the outstanding job that Darren in service was working on my old 2008 Ford Escape.. Travis was very helpful as well as Danielle and Kay. Shane sold me m outstanding job that Darren in service was working on my old 2008 Ford Escape.. Travis was very helpful as well as Danielle and Kay. Awesome operation I have been involved with the retail dealership industry for over 35 years, and have come across some really terrific dealerships - and great owners o I have been involved with the retail dealership industry for over 35 years, and have come across some really terrific dealerships - and great owners of those operations. The Cortese group of franchise firms are top notch. The dealer principal is an honorable businessman, and the managers and staff members we have worked with have all been top notch over the past 15 years. We previously purchased some late model SUVs from them. More recently we were able to acquire a 2020 Shelby GT500, quite a feat considering how few are being built and sold. It qualifies as a lifetime achievement for me... The transaction for the Shelby was as smooth as it could have been hoped for. No fuss, no muss. A clean, straight up deal with no misery or grief. The Shelby was ready for delivery at the time promised, and has proven to be a really tremendous machine. I look forward to bring more business to these fine folks as the need arises.
