The staff at Concordville service has always been very courteous and friendly. They do everything they can to make my experience as easyans pleasant as possible! My car was making a strange noise Sunday n courteous and friendly. They do everything they can to make my experience as easyans pleasant as possible! My car was making a strange noise Sunday night. John and the rest if the team worked me into a busy Monday, were able to figure out the noise, and quickly fix the issue. I drive a lot for work, and therefore see the Concordville service team every other month. They're excellent! Thank you! More

This is my first experience with Concordville Subaru. I have not been happy with previous Subaru dealerships. The team that helped me make a decision on my new vehicle could not have been more helpful I have not been happy with previous Subaru dealerships. The team that helped me make a decision on my new vehicle could not have been more helpful and made me feel as though I was receiving the best deal ever. Never was pressured or cohorst into purchasing other than what I intended to purchase. Recently had an issue that warranted amy first trip to the Service Dept. I was greeted by John and from the moment I stepped into the door until the time I left, felt the genuine customer service treatment one should receive in any business. I can honestly say this dealership gets it! Selling quality vehicles by quality people and providing quality service. Can't ask for any more. Outstanding Concordville Subaru! More

Went in for check up on my Crosstrek, had a problem with my sun visor both sides. They both were coming lose and hanging down. Was afraid of coming falling off.
