I came in late on a Friday in hopes of buying a new car. The salesmen took time out of his busy schedule to get me the information I needed, take me on test drives and get me set up in my new car. Even though my mom had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation (this appointment was set up for her the day she bought the car), she waited for almost 2 hours. She purchased a small maintenance and tire rotation (this appointment was set up for her the day she bought the car), she waited for almost 2 hours. She purchased a small maintenance plan that provides a discount on 5 oil changes. For some reason, there was an issue finding this information in your records. She was understandably upset while watched people come and go while she sat for the better part of the morning. Unacceptable. More
