My salesman listened to what I wanted in a car and was able to find a vehicle for me that also fit my budget. The sales manager also helped with some incentives to make the deal. Even though my mom had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation (this appointment was set up for her the day she bought the car), she waited for almost 2 hours. She purchased a small maintenance and tire rotation (this appointment was set up for her the day she bought the car), she waited for almost 2 hours. She purchased a small maintenance plan that provides a discount on 5 oil changes. For some reason, there was an issue finding this information in your records. She was understandably upset while watched people come and go while she sat for the better part of the morning. Unacceptable. More

Great experience, Joe made the whole process extremely easy and fun. He worked with our complicated schedule and went above and beyond to make sure the deal happened and we got the vehicle we needed.
