I’m sharing my experience as an out-of-state buyer so others can consider all factors before making a long trip. The advertised price at Gregory INFINITI may look attractive, but several additional ch others can consider all factors before making a long trip. The advertised price at Gregory INFINITI may look attractive, but several additional charges and issues came up during the final paperwork: • Out-of-state fee: $500. We drove four hours from Indiana to purchase the vehicle. This fee was not included on the original out-the-door quote but appeared in the final contract, even though the dealership already knew we were Indiana residents. Buyers should carefully verify that the final numbers match the original quote. • IKON service: $1,000. Even if you decline this service package, there is still a $100 charge. • Trade-in value: Approximately $1,000 lower than KBB estimates. During the paperwork process, the value also changed when numbers were transferred between documents, further reducing the amount. • Gas tank: The vehicle was delivered with only half a tank of gas, which was surprising for a luxury-brand dealership experience. If we had not already driven four hours to the dealership, we likely would have walked away. Unfortunately, these concerns were not acknowledged or addressed by management. I hope sharing this experience helps other out-of-state buyers review all paperwork carefully before committing to a long drive. More

Avoid This Dealership at All Costs! I came across a car on their website that seemed like a decent deal, so I called to confirm its availability as this place is an hour away. I was I came across a car on their website that seemed like a decent deal, so I called to confirm its availability as this place is an hour away. I was assured by the salesperson, Kassandra, that it was available and in good condition. But when I arrived, I found the car had severe hail damage—around $5,000 worth! This was never mentioned during the call. When I confronted Kassandra about the damage, she said that if we purchased the car at the listed price, they would fix the dents, or we could take it as-is for a discount. We agreed on the first option and made a deal. She said they just needed to charge the car, and we could sign the paperwork after we got lunch. We waited FOUR HOURS, and when we returned, they pulled the old bait-and-switch. They told us there was a "mistake" and the car would actually cost $4,400 more than we agreed upon, but they were willing to knock off $500 for their "error." This was outrageous! After wasting our entire day, they tried to pressure us into paying $3,500 more than what was agreed upon. Even after escalating the issue, the so-called manager came back with a half-hearted offer of $2,000 off the inflated price. We were livid and walked out. This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and will waste your time with shady tactics. Kassandra lied straight to my face, and the whole team tried to manipulate us into paying thousands more than the agreed price. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. They are not to be trusted. More

Not at all reputable, if I could provide a -100 (brown) stars-I would! Currently have filed with the BBB and The IL State Attorney General. The GM of this dealership has fraudulently rewritten the purchase stars-I would! Currently have filed with the BBB and The IL State Attorney General. The GM of this dealership has fraudulently rewritten the purchase agreement 7 days after that agreed, signed, and committed purchase agreement now reflecting I owe another $500.00. The dealership is holding my title hostage attempting to squeeze another $500 from me as the GM didn't like the agreed concessions that the lead salesman/assistant GM provided during the purchase negotiation - which from what has been provided his employment has been terminated - should speak (volumes) about the dealership Code of Conduct - absolutely a big fat ZERO clearly. On top of the fraudulent business practice they have committed; On the day of taking possession after jumping on a plane to arrive at the dealership (which to provide was nearly 10 days after the primary bank wire transfer) - I arrived to a vehicle that had not been detailed, dead/bad battery, and because it was a previous smoker vehicle - the smoke odor was so bad they had to perform a cabin sanitation process to only reduce the smell. Upon inspection a cut in the front right tire sidewall was identified and they ordered a new tire. The dealership service dept installed a smaller tire than mfg guidance and smaller of course than the other 3 tires on the vehicle which is not only a driver safety issue but as this vehicle is electronic AWD introduced high risk at damaging the AWD system. After sitting at the dealership for 9hrs, the deal was done, final payment made, all documents signed and a friendly handshake with Latif I drove off into the sunset (ONLY) to have the entire TPMS sensors fail (3) miles down the road. When I arrive to my destination and feeling the vehicle pulling to the right the entire way - my assumption was it was because it had a new tire while the drivers side front was older - so common sense directed me to the tire place where I installed a new drivers side front and replaced ALL TPMS sensors. Noticing the vehicle was still pulling right I then took to alignment shop and that is when I was told that the right front tire was a smaller tire and the vehicle could not be aligned. I then went back to the tire place and had the tire replaced with the right sz tire. I then reached back to the dealership to request reimbursement for the 292.00 cost for that wrong tire they installed - THIS FOLKS is when I find out from the GM - btw NOT an honorable man as a matter of fact a crook who has clearly just engaged in business fraud - in my case. He proceeds to tell me that not only are they NOT going to reimburse me for the replacement cost of the wrong tire they installed but also that I owed another 500.00 dollars and until I pay this he will not release my title. As stated above - this has been submitted to the BBB and submitted to IL State Attorney General to begin with but not to end until corrective action, resolution, and restitution is completed. All I can say is other than the associate GM (supposedly terminated) and the junior salesman - both seemingly reputable, this dealership is worse than your typical Joes Auto Sales - Buy Here Pay Here corner lot. If there was a convenient way for me to post signage and or a one time fee for a bill board which is also not off the table warning everyone of the illegal practices at this dealership it would be more than the 500 the GM is attempting to squeeze but IMO would be worth every dollar spent! Buyers you have been warned! More
