For the second time in 3 years we found ourselves at Gregory Infiniti purchasing a used car. The no hassle, no pressure sales process was such a welcome experience. We were able to test drive multiple v Gregory Infiniti purchasing a used car. The no hassle, no pressure sales process was such a welcome experience. We were able to test drive multiple vehicles to narrow down our selection. Unfortunately, we were headed out of town the next day. We discussed if we wanted to take on a car payment at this time. But, we loved our selection. We called Matt and let him know we would like to move forward on the purchase. He did some finance magic and got us the payment we needed to make it happen We asked him to get things started and we would be back in from our trip that afternoon to finish the paperwork. .Going to a car dealership can be as exciting as going to a dentist. Not at Gregory Infiniti. They truly try and make it an experience that is calm and relaxed with no high pressure sales person trying to convince you to buy a car. Needless to say, our family can't recommend this dealership enough! Nice people. Nice selection. Nice process. More

Sales, service and accounting are thorough, professional, customer centered, knowledgeable, and best of all… human. I also find them to be approachable and proactive in not only satisfying the customers need customer centered, knowledgeable, and best of all… human. I also find them to be approachable and proactive in not only satisfying the customers needs but also the needs of your vehicle (or needs for a vehicle). They truly research the complete client account and not just checking off boxes associated with vehicle milestones or customer communications. More

I’m sharing my experience as an out-of-state buyer so others can consider all factors before making a long trip. The advertised price at Gregory INFINITI may look attractive, but several additional ch others can consider all factors before making a long trip. The advertised price at Gregory INFINITI may look attractive, but several additional charges and issues came up during the final paperwork: • Out-of-state fee: $500. We drove four hours from Indiana to purchase the vehicle. This fee was not included on the original out-the-door quote but appeared in the final contract, even though the dealership already knew we were Indiana residents. Buyers should carefully verify that the final numbers match the original quote. • IKON service: $1,000. Even if you decline this service package, there is still a $100 charge. • Trade-in value: Approximately $1,000 lower than KBB estimates. During the paperwork process, the value also changed when numbers were transferred between documents, further reducing the amount. • Gas tank: The vehicle was delivered with only half a tank of gas, which was surprising for a luxury-brand dealership experience. If we had not already driven four hours to the dealership, we likely would have walked away. Unfortunately, these concerns were not acknowledged or addressed by management. I hope sharing this experience helps other out-of-state buyers review all paperwork carefully before committing to a long drive. More

I would recommend this dealership and working with Trevor, Tom and Jason. They are professional and friendly. I would though, in my recommendation, tell someone to expect extra fees to be tacked on su Trevor, Tom and Jason. They are professional and friendly. I would though, in my recommendation, tell someone to expect extra fees to be tacked on such as out of state “fine”, unremovable tracking device fee and charge for registering vehicle on site ( These should absolutely be optional. And I feel badly for the sales team that they have to try to explain why they are not optional. . The company policies that force these fees should be reconsidered by management; they are an unwelcome surprise in the buying experience. More
