Joe was our sales representative while buying our 2024 jeep wrangler 4xe, he was simply amazing. The dealership as a whole however is a whole other story. I was clearly sold a lemon jeep as it shuts down on me randomly, back roads and doing 65 mph on the highway. I brought my car back into the dealership multiple times with zero resolution or direction to lead me into getting out of this terribly unsafe vehicle that they sold me. Joe deserves credit where it’s due but the dealership 0/10. They have zero consideration for helping you even when your safety is at risk. More
