We initially visited Novak motors because they had the exact color and model of a vehicle my wife was interested in. We were approached by Joel who was friendly, informative, professional, and polite. We explained to Joel that our vehicle at the time was involved in an accident and we were awaiting the outcome of an accident report before moving forward with purchasing a new vehicle. Joel was empathetic and completely understanding of our situation. In fact, he didn't pressure us at all into purchasing a vehicle. We decided to test drive the vehicle and shortly after driving the vehicle we decided to put down a deposit. Joel was great to work with and very patient as we worked through some challenges with our insurance claim. Every bit of our experience was seamless, hassle free, and smooth. My wife and I normally purchase our vehicles from private sellers to avoid dealerships because we don't enjoy the typical car buying experience however after my experience at Novak, I will make them my first choice when I need to purchase my next vehicle. More

Asked that the price be lowered to where we were comfortable with which was lower than Carfax value and then asked that the tires be replaced. No problem sure we will replace them and vehicle price remained what we asked for no dealer tactic that’s gonna cost you. When we picked up the vehicle found 4 brand new nice Continentals on the vehicle. No cheap brand was blow away by that. Vehicle looked brand new!!! Easy, friendly, full tank of gas and off we went!! Thanks Joel and Novak staff for finally a great car buying experience!!!!! More
