Each person I worked with was professional and to the point, as was I, which I think lead to coming to a mutually beneficial agreement without wasted time. I never felt any pressure to accept a deal and I was given time to evaluate my options. Thanks to Joel, Howard, and Jeff for working with me through the process. One other great thing about Novak Motors is their service after the sale. Other dealerships plainly state their cars are sold "mechanically and cosmetically as is" so I wasn't sure what to expect when I noticed a minor maintenance issue the day after I took delivery. Howard took a ride with me to confirm the problem and he made sure it was fixed promptly the next day free of charge. Novak Motors genuinely wants their customers to be happy with their purchase. Joel has followed up regularly to see how I'm doing and to check on the car. Novak Motors offers competitive pricing on very clean low mileage cars and SUVs that include two years of maintenance and a limited lifetime powertrain warranty. That kind of value is tough to beat.
