Despite being from out of state, we made the trip to Hoffman Estates to purchase a vehicle. As we were unsure as to the exact vehicle we were interested in, Joel had two vehicles detailed and ready for a test drive. Everyone at the dealership treated us like we were the most important customers the dealership was working with. We set an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived Joel greeted me warmly and informed me he had both vehicles prepped and ready for our test drive. Joel was very knowledgeable about all features on both vehicles. We settled on a choice and Joel walked me through the process and the offer was very fair. I appreciated the time he spent reviewing available inventory, his transparency and back-up documentation disclosing information on the used car and value of my existing vehicle as a trade-in. Additionally, Tony Guzman was welcoming and Amin Smith quick and efficient with the purchase procedures. Joel and Tony were extremely cordial during my visits, as were staff who walked by and offered assistance during waiting periods. This is my fourth Infiniti, and between your Sales and Service staff (I deal with Jason Nuzzo in Service), I've found that MotorWerks Infiniti takes customer service to the "max" and that's why I continue to stay.
