It has always been my goal to give a different experience than your typical finance transaction. I really do ask myself what kind of experience would I want if I was buying a car. I would want low pressure, informative, fun, and above helpful. Yes my job is to sell protection but in my experience warranties usually pay for themselves after one use now that the cost of parts and labor is so high. I consider myself a true professional in the industry and work hard everyday to help not only customers but my teammates as well. That type of mentality comes from the very top and I think most people know that Henry and Mimi actually believe in taking care of the customer always and doing what is right always. I'll never leave HB GMC. Best Dealership EVER!

Wiggy was great as a sale person and their man in the financing was very good but the 30 or 40 emails I got wanting to know if I’m still interested in a vehicle that I’ve already bought got way carried a financing was very good but the 30 or 40 emails I got wanting to know if I’m still interested in a vehicle that I’ve already bought got way carried away right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing. My recent business with Henry Brown GMC/Buick was initially via email to management, as It's my preferred way rather than than showing up and talking with the 1st sales associate I meet. I was intere initially via email to management, as It's my preferred way rather than than showing up and talking with the 1st sales associate I meet. I was interested in a 2025 used low milage vehicle and I had a used 2022 low milage vehicle as a trade. I initially talked with TJ, one of their sales managers and told him what I had and what I was interested in and was looking for a no nonsense fair deal for both of us before I would commit to the two hour drive. TJ connected me with Rickie Bauman and also had Rickies manager Jeff, the used car manager phone me and Jeff and I had a really straight and fair conversation which ended with an agreed deal should their car and my trade meet expectations. Rickie handled it from there and Joe White in finance had the business cash deal ready for me when I arrived. I was in and out after my test drive and viewing the vehicle I went to see. Rickie and Joe were both very pleasant and great guys. It was a pleasure to see a dealership operate with none of the car buying pressures like one so often sees. This dealership was a pleasure to do business with! More
