It has always been my goal to give a different experience than your typical finance transaction. I really do ask myself what kind of experience would I want if I was buying a car. I would want low pressure, informative, fun, and above helpful. Yes my job is to sell protection but in my experience warranties usually pay for themselves after one use now that the cost of parts and labor is so high. I consider myself a true professional in the industry and work hard everyday to help not only customers but my teammates as well. That type of mentality comes from the very top and I think most people know that Henry and Mimi actually believe in taking care of the customer always and doing what is right always. I'll never leave HB GMC. Best Dealership EVER!

I had a great experience purchasing my 2026 GMC Yukon. Overall, the process was smooth, and the dealership was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Jason, my salesman, truly stood out. He took the time to walk me through every feature of the vehicle, helped get my phone connected, and made sure everything was set up before I left the lot. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. He genuinely cared about answering my questions and ensuring I felt confident with all the technology and capabilities of the Yukon. The dealership team was friendly, flexible, and easy to work with throughout the purchase. It was a positive environment, and I appreciated how accommodating everyone was during the process. I’m very happy with my new Yukon and grateful for the excellent customer service. Jason made the experience even better, and I would absolutely recommend working with him and this dealership to anyone looking for a GMC. More

Would not recommend this dealership! Traded in a 2026, wouldn’t remove unnecessary added mark ups on the contract, and wasted two days of our time to only remove two hundred dollars! We Traded in a 2026, wouldn’t remove unnecessary added mark ups on the contract, and wasted two days of our time to only remove two hundred dollars! We were hustled, family dealership, yeah right. One of the owners/sons watched the entire deal being conducted denied that the dealership was being able to capitalize on the trade-in! In two days was never even brought over a water bottle lol 😂 despite hours negotiating, and the car sold as I told them with less than 96 hours. The original title was in the finance department’s hand within 48 to 96 hours after the transaction the remaining balance of the check a month later has still not been sent out. The finance manager took the check from us incorrectly, filled out the wrong VIN putting the trade in VIN and not the purchase Vehicle VIN and on the check. They continue to delay the process for the payoff of the training, not responding to phone calls, emails randomly, and no returned phone calls. It’s a simple fix! My background is irrelevant, however Marines do not operate this way it’s unsatisfactory! We will not be recommending any of the thousands of Marines that come through every 3 to 4 months that are consistently rotating and looking for what you dealership offers, of which we have heavy influence on! We have a direct impact on their decisions, and will be shopping elsewhere. Specifically where former active duty Marines are currently working at neighboring dealership’s both close and 2-3 hundred miles away! Not being facetious, almost 2 decades of great reviews from the dealership, highly disappointed from the outcome, what else has been fabricated! Buyer’s beware!!! More

I noticed everything very clean, including the bathroom. Zac Baca is very knowlegable and a real asset for the dealership. My only complaint is no book of instructions for this fabulous Buick. We found a car online, sent an online inquiry and didn’t get a response. I then called the dealership to see what time they open, dispatch transferred me to Dwayne and he told me to come down. He’d help me get a response. I then called the dealership to see what time they open, dispatch transferred me to Dwayne and he told me to come down. He’d help me with whatever we needed. We arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes later and he was there waiting for us. The car we wanted to look at wasn’t available but he found three other options within our price range. We ended up getting a car that my 16-year-old daughter was very happy with. The whole experience was super easy. Dwayne felt like family. We could tell he’s very good at what he does because while we were there, he had several repeat customers calling and are coming in to the dealership to get cars for themselves and family members. Duane was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Will be back in a few months for another car for me! More
