I messed up so badly by forgetting my insurance card at home and my phone in my car when I got my ride home. And Joe was ever so patient trying to contact me, but - and this part wasn't Joe or Amelia's fault, but your 'text us!' feature on your website sent my messages to Acura Sales, so my efforts to let some in Honda Service know I didn't have my phone and to email me instead of calling didn't get to the right people. I ended up walking two miles to my brother's place to use his phone to get through to service. I also tried various email addresses to no avail,, either. So kudos to Joe and Amelia , and a big Bronx cheer for the "Text Us" and email features. More
