There was nothing but honest and open dialogue throughout the purchase and above all, Joe Riggsbee showed a genuine interest in what we were looking for in a vehicle and what we had budgeted as a monthly payment. My wife and I felt relaxed throughout the visit and that there was no pressure in making a decision - we felt in total control and comfortable about what we were doing. They tell you what is available as add on and when you say no, that is that, no more trying to pressure you into something you do not want.
