That day we left happy with our 2016 Honda CRV. Fast forward 3 years later when my lease was up, my husband and I went back to Joe at the Shelton Honda dealer and he went above and beyond to help us transition in to our new 2019 Honda CR-V!. Again the service was amazing and he took the time again to help us find what worked for us. So I highly recommend this dealership and I highly recommend Joe Riggsbee. More

New lease I had a great experience with Joe Riggsbee. I initially came in to have an older Honda car serviced. While I was in the showroom admiring the 2019 CRV I had a great experience with Joe Riggsbee. I initially came in to have an older Honda car serviced. While I was in the showroom admiring the 2019 CRV, Joe came over and asked about my interest in this car. I told him I was just looking at it. He invited me to sit inside and get the feel of the car. Both the front and rear cabins had plenty of room, much more than my HRV. I told him I would be back and when I was, I would come see him. About two months later I was back to test drive the car. Joe was there and took me on a test drive. I loved the car, and negotiated a contract that day. I picked up my car 5 days later and LOVE IT! I am becoming more comfortable each day with the features. There are so many! When I picked up the car, I couldn't have been happier. All paperwork was ready and organized. Joe demonstrated the many components and features of the car, right down to the finest detail. He is extremely knowledgeable about Honda automobiles and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. More
