I decided to lease another Volvo because of the superior product, a 2019 S60, and the excellent customer service. My new Volvo is sporty, has all the safety features I need and has a great infotainment system with a touch screen. OUTSTANDING VOLVO DEALERSHIP Volvo of Naples continues to be an outstanding dealership and it only has gotten better now that they are in their brand new state of the art dealersh Volvo of Naples continues to be an outstanding dealership and it only has gotten better now that they are in their brand new state of the art dealership. As this is my 4th Volvo (2018 XC-60 T5 AWD) which I have purchased from this organization. The entire staff from the happy smiling person greeting you when first walking into the dealership to the mechanic who works on your car. Everyone has a smile on their face and no customer is left standing around . Someone will help you and walk your to the correct person. The sales person, Tyler Biffer, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions about the new technology, and made the transition for me extremely easy. .I was told to stop in any time for technical help with all the new and wonderful technology..They were not kidding about popping in for some help. I have stopped back 2 more times so far and Tyler jumped right in the car and spent 15-20 minutes and solved all my questions quickly. What a pleasant and knowledge sale rep. The business manager, Ron Belson, was particularly helpful as this was my first time leasing. He was extremely knowledge, but kept everything in layman's terms, which simplified the entire process. He also recommended certain options that would benefit me the most while leasing. I also had met with Joe Parisi(General Manager) who was very personable and even took me for a demo ride and explained all the differences between my 2016 XC-60 T-5 front wheel drive trade in vs new 2018 XC-60 T-6 AWD. This was very impressive to have the "ultimate decision maker" take the time for a test drive and he was extremely knowledge about his product line. Very Impressive. The overall purchasing/leasing/trade-in processes was pleasant, efficient, and left me with a wonderful sense that I got a very fair deal, without the usual hassle that many other dealerships put you through. The people at "Volvo Cars of Naples" REALLY DO car about their customers. This organization is 5- STAR in all segment of the purchase process and in the Maintenance division of the dealership. I would recommend this Dealership to all my best friends. Rich Chatten A Happy Customer More

Conversely, from start to finish, my experience with Volvo Cars of Naples was smooth and first rate. The staff I worked with had the utmost integrity. Right off the bat I got a very fair price and I moved through the process swiftly with no feeling that I had to play the usual “game” of car shopping. On top of it all, I am in love with my XC-90! Well done Volvo Cars of Naples. More

Eric is extremely knowledgeable about the cars and features. He answered my many, many questions and then allowed me the time to make the decision and arrange for the purchase. It was one of the least stressful car buying experiences ever! My trust in them was confirmed when they came through for me when I was traveling had a warranty issue and another dealership refused to help me. Eric and Joe did the right, common sense thing as you would expect from a world class brand like Volvo. Our next car will also come from Volvo of Naples... More

You'll NEVER read another dealership review like this. Perfect transaction thanks to fellow USAF veteran youngster Robert Dorsey (who patiently endured my odd duck nature and sad trade-in to make it happen Perfect transaction thanks to fellow USAF veteran youngster Robert Dorsey (who patiently endured my odd duck nature and sad trade-in to make it happen) and Navy Vet Ron Belson (who shares my love of classic cars). I am a car nut. Pilot, Professor, IMSA team driver (30 years and 50 pounds ago), truck driver, bus driver, on-call Dealer Trade Driver, everything but Uber = car nut. I have never been “rich” but I have owned 126 vehicles so far (cars, motos, taildraggers, I/O V8’s, about 1/3 ordered new) including a ‘67 Sport Fury convertible I bought new and finally sold to a New England museum with 46,000 miles on it last year. ALL my disposable income since high school has gone to owning quality fast and/or unique personal transportation and always having several on hand to choose from. Driving up north in July, a curvaceous glass xxx C30 glided past me. Not previously a Volvo owner, I had never seen one. I instantly shouted “Shades of the P1800 shooting-brake!” and HAD to have one. My internet search found dog after 155,000 mile dog until two Naples Volvo cars popped up together. I didn’t care for the pointless “aero” cladding and gaudy “xxxx on a bull/shopping cart” roof spoiler the less expensive, lower mileage red R had but OMG when I saw how clean and sculpted the silver one was with its Polestar medallion I drove 3 hours over for a look to confirm first impressions. Threw it through a quick hard slalom in my half mile test drive and all questions were silently answered. Then came the truly amazing part. I warned them that just for the sales tax benefit, plates, and less hassle, I was bringing them a clapped-out trade only an exterminator could love. I expected for it only what its auction value would be...which amount I knew..and which amount they offered sight unseen. Done deal. My only disappointment is not really one and has nothing to do with the dealership. It is the reason I held onto my ’67 automatic and its stick shift partner MGB-V8 so long. I despise Claybrook/Nader cars that tell me what to do. Cars that turn your lights on or off FOR you even when you’re trying to be stealthy. Cars that refuse to let you open the door until you turn the engine off (fun if suddenly accidentally submerged, eh?). Won’t start until you put a foot on the brake. Etc etc. I had rented a Volvo wagon (wood floor!) years ago with those Big Brother (and parts counter delight) daytime driving lights but it had an override... as GM and others still do. Surprised to belatedly find C30 apparently does not nor a way to program them inop. Other than that, thrilled with the car and immeasurably impressed with Naples Volvo. More
