We have worked with a variety of Volvo Dealerships since moving to southwest Florida in 1987 and have always experienced a pleasant greeting and an exchange of information with the sales staff. After a long day at work for all parties, Jamie Rodriguez greeted us; he was professional and genuinely interested in assisting us to find a model and price range that met our needs. Mr. Rodriquez reviewed the components of each package and did a compare and contrast, differentiating the price point for each component and package. After making a decision and working out the details we purchased a vehicle (2016 XC70). Mr. Rodriguez took an extraordinary amount of time after the sale to review each feature and how to navigate the technology that enhances the vehicle’s features and driving experience. The vehicle was washed and filled with gas before we left the lot. Michael Licciardi (Sales Manager) was very professional, patient and methodical as we posed a multitude of questions to finalize the financial portion of the sale. Joe Parisi, the Owner/General Manager introduced himself to us in the showroom and made himself available if we needed assistance. Nice touch! More

The entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and wonderful to work with. Jaime Rodriguez our salesman knew the car and its workings inside out. Michael facilitated all of the paperwork. Joe agreed to sell us the model. Everyone was just as excited as we were that we purchased this beautiful car. They even took pictures of the event. We have been their customer since we moved to Naples, FL in 2014. This is the second car we bought at this dealership. The service department has always been very easy to work with too. More

The easiest car purchase I ever made! I just bought a used Volkswagen CC at Bonita Springs Volvo and it was truly one of the best and easiest, most seamless car purchases I ever made! Cou I just bought a used Volkswagen CC at Bonita Springs Volvo and it was truly one of the best and easiest, most seamless car purchases I ever made! Could have done it with my eyes closed! I didn't have to haggle debate or waste a single minute on negotiations or dealership B.S. The floor manager, Joe Pitingolo, immediately responded to my internet inquiry, but also went out of his way to take and text photos of the car to me, before it was even available online. I can say the service didn't end there! I got to the dealership before they expected me and unfortunately prior to them getting a chance to detail the car, since it just came in on trade. But I was pleasantly surprised when they offered a great price that I couldn't pass up on a great car with full service records. The manager even accepted my private financing without trying to push their own financing on me. Even better, Joe provided me with a full detail, cleaning the car from head to toe and with a power wash and thorough interior cleaning and even threw in tinting on my front windows. These guys are awesome and provided great treatment, Even though I didn't buy a Volvo, they still treated me like I did! Very respectful and polite! I will definitely refer friends and family to this dealership. I will see you guys in another year when I'm ready for another car! Thanks to Joe P. , Joe Parisi and Mike Licciardi! Great group! More

A Swedish Surprise After looking at 10 SUVs, we finally narrowed it down to 2. Was it the new Cadillac XT5 or the Infiniti QX60? We liked the XT5 and the sales person After looking at 10 SUVs, we finally narrowed it down to 2. Was it the new Cadillac XT5 or the Infiniti QX60? We liked the XT5 and the sales person was really nice but we were really impressed with Johnathan through knowledge of every vehicle we mentioned, including the QX60. We were open about our search and discussed our search with both reps and Johnathan seemed interesting in helping us compare the two. Johnathan and his boss Joe liked each car but also suggested that we take a look at the Volvo XC90. Once sat in the XC90, when knew that the Cadillac was out and now it was down to the ininifti and the Volvo. Johnathan explained to us that he could not sell the Volvo but introduced us to Jamie. Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Volvo and we decided that the Volvo had the safety features and the functionality that appealed to us. Once made our decision, Jamie helped us through the entire buying process and made the experience very effortless and stress free. I am not an easy buyer and he was very professional and understanding. More
