Volvo Cars of Naples Exerience I saw an add on Cars.com for a used 2013 Lexus. I decided to visit the dealership on a Thursday afternoon. I was greeted by a sharp young man, Rober I saw an add on Cars.com for a used 2013 Lexus. I decided to visit the dealership on a Thursday afternoon. I was greeted by a sharp young man, Robert Dorsey, a recent US Air Force returnee, which was given away by his continually calling me "Sir". He was charming and professional. I couldn't help admire the fact that we have some really good kids guiding the future of our country. Robert told me to come back anytime and he would have car detailed and in front of the dealership ready for a test drive. I did some research on the car, mainly the Car Fax report, and I noticed that Volvo Cars of Naples had put new tires and battery on the car and had inspected it thoroughly. So on Saturday, I called Robert and asked him to get the car ready for a test drive. The rest was easy. I drove the car and decided to purchase it for cash, no trade in. The closing was fast and easy. It was like I had a cheering section. It was all hands on board to get the insurance coverage, paperwork, payment and dealer service options. I left a deposit on Saturday and paid in full the next Tuesday and off I went. Robert has followed up with a phone call asking me how I was doing and today I received a personal handwritten note from him and other members of the dealership thanking me for my business. I couldn't ask for more. Great place. There was never any pressure of any sort. It was a pleasure. I wish them great success. More

Issue with the battery taking and holding a charge, emailed sales rep, left voice mail with service, no response, told we were very busy by sales rep (Harry) for reason not responding, not what anew customer wants to hear. Had to callback to get a response. Updating my review. The service department took excellent care of my battery issue and the service manager was extremely helpful. Still not willing to give a higher rating for customer service because of salesman response. Feel that the issue should have been handled immediately rather than be told to drive the car and hope the battery will hold a charge. If the dealership had checked the car properly before delivering it to us they would have seen the issue. This issue also affected other operations of the cars features, as the engine stop feature was not working correctly, with the new battery it does function. More

However, we happened to be in Naples on Black Friday, and I wanted to test drive the new Volvo XC60, so we visited the former Volvo of Bonita Springs at their new showroom in Naples, renamed Volvo Cars of Naples. Needless to say, the experience was top notch from start to finish! First, our salesman, Harry Peek was awesome. He is a low pressure guy with a lot of knowledge about the vehicles. As we sat down to crunch numbers, we were joined by managing partner, Joe Parisi, who apologized about their past performance and set out to make things right. He accomplished his goal! The dealership is beautiful and the staff is welcoming. There are plenty of places to lounge and their refreshment bar is a welcome addition! We are now shifting our business back to Volvo of Naples. They made it right and we really appreciate it. Oh, and I love my new XC60!!! More
