Service guy and tech staff are great…the dealer did not send out any notification about sale of dealer. I knew something was not good because I tried to schedule appt on Nissan app but McGrath disappeared send out any notification about sale of dealer. I knew something was not good because I tried to schedule appt on Nissan app but McGrath disappeared from app. Very clumsy handling by new owners toward customers. I went there for service appt. Many new sales staff all very young looking…seems inexperienced kids all they can hire makes me think compensation of sales people must be terrible but looks like dealership now has more inventory. Keeping service manager and service writers is smart but new iPads are great but now experience seems even less personal. You hired all the kids…when do the robots and ai show up? Really like service staff but jury still out on the rest of the changes! More

My experience with McGrath Nissan was great! ! The salesman, Ray, was very attentive and made sure that I had as much information and as many options as possible to help me choose which car was r ! The salesman, Ray, was very attentive and made sure that I had as much information and as many options as possible to help me choose which car was right for me. I had to leave for an appointment but came back in a couple of hours, and in that time Ray had taken care of much of the paperwork that can make car buying a hassle. He valued my time, and I appreciated that! Joe in the finance department was also great! He was very friendly and we had a great conversation, making the marathon of signatures I needed to give more enjoyable. It was refreshing to be treated like a real person, not just a walking dollar sign (I've had that experience at other dealerships - "used car salesman" has a negative connotation for a reason, sadly). Thank you Ray and Joe! I will for sure be coming back to this location for anything and everything else I'll need for my new vehicle! More
