I've always thought very highly of all the employees at McGrath Nissan especially since knowing everyone from their old Elgin location. We've bought many cars at the dealership and never had a terrible exp McGrath Nissan especially since knowing everyone from their old Elgin location. We've bought many cars at the dealership and never had a terrible experience always just did routine work on the cars. So when I found out my car that I bought off the lot less than 3 years ago needed such expensive repairs I was beyond upset and my feelings towards Nissan had completely changed to thinking I got a car with shoddy parts. Which had nothing to do with the employees but as a company over all. Benson saw my distress and advocated for me as a customer and honestly made my whole year! Benson is an extraordinary employee who I can definitely see values customers relation, loyalty and experience. Benson definitely needs a raise after all the hard work he put in with my two previous service visits! I cannot stop talking about what occurred and how happy I am with Benson's service and all the other McGrath Nissan staff! More
