This is the 2nd car I've leased with Anthony and he truly goes above and beyond. I trust him, he takes the time to get to know me, and regardless where I am in the lease period he always responds quickly or goes above and beyond. He also took care of my mother when she purchased her cars at Ed Morse. He's our guy! Also want to mention the sales manager, Joe. He went out of his way to get me the deal I needed. And the bonus is I love my car! More

Yesterday, I visited this dealership to trade in my 2022 Cadillac XT5 for a 2021 Cadillac XT6. My vehicle was newer and had fewer miles, yet after the evaluation, Sales Manager Joe Kraegenbrink completely u Cadillac XT5 for a 2021 Cadillac XT6. My vehicle was newer and had fewer miles, yet after the evaluation, Sales Manager Joe Kraegenbrink completely undervalued my car—essentially offering nothing for it. It felt like my car was taken from me without any fair compensation. The experience left me feeling discriminated against and deeply disrespected. I walked away with a very negative impression. While Ed Morse Cadillac may carry a prestigious name, my experience was anything but honorable. The conduct I encountered—from the staff’s dismissive attitude to what felt like predatory practices—was extremely disappointing. To anyone considering this dealership: be cautious. What appears to be a reputable name may hide policies and practices that do not treat customers fairly. More

Jake, our sales advisor, is new on the job, but from the beginning, it was clear he would provide excellent customer service. He was proactive, communicative, accessible, and honest. The whole team suppor beginning, it was clear he would provide excellent customer service. He was proactive, communicative, accessible, and honest. The whole team supported and guided him through the process while considering our needs and wants. They even went above and beyond and bent backwards to make the deal work for us. Everyone we interacted with showed they cared and wanted to work with us. From the receptionists, other sales advisors, management, financing, and even the car detailer were great to work with. I wasn't expecting to be so excited about buying a Cadillac, but seeing that the brand can finally compete with and even beat other luxury brands was a great surprise. Working with Jake and the whole team at Ed Morse made my decision easier. Special shoutout to Joe, who made magic happen, and Anthony, who stepped in and showed his mentoring skills. More
