Excellent experience from a question that I asked on contact us to in person delivery of vehicle. Anthony was my first contact from internet sales and he was excellent to interact with. Then coming in on Monday and Justyna sat with me understood what I was trying to accomplish and said she would get to work. Within 2 hours I had selected the Cadillac Lyriq and she answered all my questions about electric vehicle that made me feel comfortable enough to agree to buy it. Her knowledge and enthusiasm of the product is what sold me. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. I am so glad these individuals crossed my path and made the whole car buying experience a joy. No pressure, just facts, and lots of knowledge. Justyna is excellent with people, her communication was on point, and very professional from start to finish. She is a great asset to Ed Morse Cadillac. Anthony even though only dealt with me on email and phone made sure he came buy to chat with me. That was class act. Was not pleased with time spent waiting without any updates. Despite waiting over 3 hours, the car had the wrong floor mats when I was ready to depart and it was not fully charged, as promised.
