With all the incentives added in, we bought a new truck even though we were actually looking for a used one. Joe Hill answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable. Pleasant experience not stressful. We thought the process of purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership was a very smooth transaction. When we arrived as VIP guest from a phone call We thought the process of purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership was a very smooth transaction. When we arrived as VIP guest from a phone call the night before our name and approximate time of arrival and vehicle were written on a board as we walked into the dealership. We went to meet and greet Jimmy Williams who greeted us very warmly and introduced us to our wonderful sales person Joe Hill ( he was awesome). He reasearched the two vehicles we were interested in and brought the one to us we were most interested in. Did a test drive. Sat down and nogitiated a deal with Mike Rich. Our salesman took care of getting our vehicle cleaned up and we met with Jimmy Williams our finance manager he was awesome and very helpful. From start to finish it was one of the most stress free buying a vehicle we had ever experienced. Would highly recommend this dealership. More
