Didn't return 5 phone calls after purchase Horribly unprofessional with phone manner, customer service, and clerical. Took NO responsibility for any of their mistakes. More

Very rude and errogant Used Certified Dealer Manager I just recently went Glen Toyota on Maple street there to shop used certified vehicle. When I saw interest floor manager come and forced or mobbed me to buy a car taking my Ccard and sing on paper When I refuse to sign before test Drive he said "Get out now" .. very insane person. DONT GO HERE..VERY RUDE .. they are just mobbing and forcing people to buy it. More
