I had an appointment for a rattling in my engine. When i brought it in it wasnt making said sound so i was told to come back some other day. I did and made an appointment to get it checked out and ch When i brought it in it wasnt making said sound so i was told to come back some other day. I did and made an appointment to get it checked out and change the oil. I received the vehicle back already and i wasnt talked to about what it could be, couldve been. On the report it says something along the lines of regular sound for 290. No further explanation and in the videos i sent with the sound of the engine you can tell a Mercedes vehicle should never be making that sound. More

I did not feel like a valued customer. I was whisked in to a desk, man took my info and keys and blew me off. When trying to call, aside from many rings to answer, I was cut off twice. Whe I was whisked in to a desk, man took my info and keys and blew me off. When trying to call, aside from many rings to answer, I was cut off twice. When I went to pick up my car, no one to help me anywhere! Finally stood at cashier window and waited for something to happen. I just sold that car and am now in the market to replace it, I won’t be buying a Mercedes Benz because I lack faith in the dealer and their service. Really liked that blue CLE300 out front too. Poor customer service. More
