Just a quick review to say how happy I was with my service advisor Joy Chilcoat and service manager Joe Diss. I had a run flat tire blowout after hitting a large pothole on a major highway. Scary! But service advisor Joy Chilcoat and service manager Joe Diss. I had a run flat tire blowout after hitting a large pothole on a major highway. Scary! But I made it to the dealer late that afternoon. Joy was able to check and confirm they had a replacement tire in stock. They replaced the tire and preformed a much needed alignment. Joy had my car ready for pickup the next day before the promised time. Great job Joy and Joe! Thank you for making the best of a stressful event. More

Dave Davila and Joy Chilcoat took the sting our a disaster when the electronics and power steering failed in my 2019 BMW x3. They got me into a new 2024 X3 without fuss or drama. People there go out of their way to make sure you have all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, and when we finally found the perfect car they had it shipped in the next day from several states away (my guess .. it was in South Carolina). I have had 10 new cars in my life and this one is my favorite. The comfort is unmatched and it’s sporty also. More
