My wife and I had an amazing experience at King Windward Nissan. Before I get started, I just want to mention that we went in there with about a 90% certainty that we were going to purchase a vehicle. I fee Nissan. Before I get started, I just want to mention that we went in there with about a 90% certainty that we were going to purchase a vehicle. I feel that some people forget to take that into account when shopping for a new vehicle. We were approached shortly after arriving by Joe Della Penna. He took us around the lot and showed us a couple of vehicles that might fit our interests and happily asked if we wanted to go for a test drive. There was no implication of any type of pressure to purchase and no desperation. We ended up talking numbers and getting the car. Although it wasn't a Nissan, he showed us just about everything he knew about the car and left us feeling comfortable with what we bought. The staff at KWN were patient, professional and knowledgeable. If a chance arises again, we will definitely return and consider another purchase from this team. Thank you for the great experience! They are nice until they get your money. They charge 395 dollars for doc fees and then do nothing. Charged 10 dollars for DMV transfer and then I had to go to DMV and pay the 10 to them and They charge 395 dollars for doc fees and then do nothing. Charged 10 dollars for DMV transfer and then I had to go to DMV and pay the 10 to them and do all the documents to my name. What is the doc fee for exactly? I complained via email. Sent an explanation with dollar amounts that they owe me and have not received a response in two weeks. Next I will send a complaint to BBB. I believe the charges constitute fraud. More
