I’ve always chosen King Winward Nissan for buying a newer car. The salesman are friendly and informative about the car Im interested in. I always felt they’re willing to give the extra push in the finance de car. The salesman are friendly and informative about the car Im interested in. I always felt they’re willing to give the extra push in the finance department to make the numbers work for Me! I stay loyal to the perks of car washes oil changes, Safety checks. I’ve always loved that you provide a loaner vehicle when the car is being maintenanced . All of these things at no extra charge! That’s why I recommend King Winward Nissan to all my family and friends and anyone in the market of buying a newer car!! More

The salesman and finance people were good but the detailing shop did a terrible job. I had to take my truck back after I bought to get recreated and even after that cleaning they missed some very obv detailing shop did a terrible job. Mixed feelings I have been very satisfied with the professional customer oriented Service and Parts Dept Staff. They are always available to assist and provide options. I've been going to them for 14 years with my current truck. I'm not so impressed with New Vehicle l Sales staff. I purchased a new vehicle the sales price was sole reason for picking this particular vehicle, it was a no frills 2019 Nissan Frontier. The purchase process took way to long for a straight forward deal, the sales Rep had to keep going into the back room to re-compute the price, as I asked about only two minor options to add (a bed liner and or Mud flaps). I understand that the price on the truck was competitive enough that the Dealership didn't want to add any incentives to make the sale. However I felt that the sales rep was disingenuous: First he kept insisting if I bought the truck that I'd have to take the truck off the lot that day for it to be considered sold (when in fact I didn’t pick it up till the next day) . Seconded; he gave me nebulous pricing cost to add and install mud flaps and worked hard to dissuade me from getting a bed liner (I can only assume that it would have delayed the deal he was anxious to make). He first wrote on the original sales offer that "Mud Flaps $200 installed" but, after several long trips to the back room, he came out and said that they would be $94.50 each set (front and back) and this price was his "Cost Price". He said installation would cost $140 for labor. When I questioned that this seemed high to install the mud flaps when he had written (on the sales offer) that they would be “$200 Installed" he said that he meant “+ Installation. I explained that’s not what he wrote but he just said the new price was what it would be. I wanted to have these on my truck so agreed (my mistake). He again went to the back room for 15-20- min and came out with a 4th offer that increased the price by several hundred dollars ($329) to include the mud flaps and he said they didn't have them in stock and I'd have to wait 2+weeks for them to come in. Since then i checked with other Nissan dealers in Hawaii, all had them in stock and all were significantly cheaper ($70 per set; installation approximately $70 for all four). I even called King Windward Parts and found out that they didn't have any in stock but could order them $92 per set) cheaper than the sales rep “Cost Price”. When the final bill of sale came out it had nothing about adding an additional cost for mud flaps it just had some smoke and mirrors computations to come out to our agreed total price. They had me sign another document that said nothing else was promised except for mud flaps were being added. It didn’t break down the cost of the Mud flaps by item. In order to just get a couple hundred dollars more on the sale that they milked me for the mud flaps. I feel cheated even though the price of the truck was great. The bad taste of how they handled the overall sale is what I came away from the deal with, not what a great price I got on the truck. More

Best Experience I’ve Ever Had I found the Nissan Maxima I have been looking for through an online ad. Called the Dealer and asked for sales and I was connected to Mr. Vince Okamura I found the Nissan Maxima I have been looking for through an online ad. Called the Dealer and asked for sales and I was connected to Mr. Vince Okamura. The car was in stock so we agreed to meet and check it out. Vince was incredible. We ended up doing a trade-in and it was the most effortless deal I’ve ever done, mostly because Vince was so low-pressure, fair and amicable about everything. He bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase and he is a man of his word. The dealership is top notch. Rob in finance is also a great guy. Super-nice. Rob took the time to go over all of the car’s many details and it was greatly appreciated. Also a super-nice guy. All the employees there are very friendly and I would recommend King Windward Nissan in Kaneohe to any of my friends or family. They made me feel welcome and it meant a lot to me. Their motto of lifetime friends certainly holds true with me I am a very satisfied customer and a new life-long friend! More

Disappointed and frustrated Bought two cars from this dealer. I will never buy one again. I also have family members and fitness buying cars here never again. Last Friday April 2 Bought two cars from this dealer. I will never buy one again. I also have family members and fitness buying cars here never again. Last Friday April 26 I bout a use 2017 fiat 500 pop. The car was given to me with one key and not a fob with remote just a key. I asked the seeker where was the other key and told me that the car was trade in with one key. I told him that this was unsatisfactory. That two keys are a standard issue with any car (as a matter of fact he demanded the second key for the car I traded in). He told me he got a person that does the keys for the dealer. I told him I will not pay for it and he said will see. But that he will give the information to contact the key guy the next day as I didn’t have the title of the car I traded in and I agreed to bring it the next day. The next day Saturday I returned to the dealer With the title and I have it to Mr. Stewart and he paged Joe the gentleman that sold me the fiat. I waited for half an hour and he never showed up so I left as I have other places to be. The next day I received an email from him thanking me for buying a car with king Nissan. I reply to him and I ask him about the key again. He never answered. On Monday 29 I called the dealer and I spoke with a female manager. I explained her about the key and she told me that she will have Joe Call me. He is five minutes later and he told me that the next day he will send me the information to get a duplicate key from the key guy the dealer contract all the time. I emailed again on Tuesday and he never answered my emails. Today is Wednesday and no call or follow up. It is extremely uncomfortable to have one key for the car as I have to remove it from the key ring for my wife to use it and viceversa. Not to mention that I don’t have a fob key with remote to close the car I actually have to put they key in the key hole to close and open the car. I need this issue resolved by the dealer immediately. Please let me know. Thanks!! More
