The overall service I received on my truck was excellent. they discovered problems with my truck that I was unaware of and took care of them, however, This is the second time I have had my truck in for servi they discovered problems with my truck that I was unaware of and took care of them, however, This is the second time I have had my truck in for service and mentioned that the back end bounces excessively and was told there is nothing wrong with the rear shocks and that they were replaced. The only other time I have had my truck in there for service was 07/03/2023, Tag#G223, Invoice#DOCS517191 and their in no mention of the rear shocks being replaced, just the front ones. More
