The salesman Ali kept me informed on the status and was very responsive to my queries. It took a bit more time than I wanted so I had to be patient and I had to look it over in detail and give them feedback to ensure it was up to a standard that I expected. I had my new 1500 in to have a brake assist installed which also took a new wiring harness. After receiving my truck back I now have a problem with the infocenter. Any change I try to do like switch trai which also took a new wiring harness. After receiving my truck back I now have a problem with the infocenter. Any change I try to do like switch trailer from light to heavy the settings never save and I get a message for that. It does it on a lot of features in the center. I don't want to take it back because I just don't have time to do it a second time when it should have been done right the first time. In other words after installing the brake assist and updating the infocenter you would think they would go thru it and make sure the down load took. If they did they would have seen something is wrong with it. More
