Very disappointed. I am a Mopar driver and take all my vehicles to Dishman for service. Typically, the service is great and have no issues. However, when I took my 2019 Trackhawk in for repair, it was a terrible experience. I had a strange noise coming from the front right tire and wanted it investigated from the service team. I left the car with them for the day and received a call letting me know the problem was coming from the CV axel joint. In total, the service was going to cost me $3k. I gave the okay for them to do the repair and the told me it would be ready the following day. I received a call from the service team the next day and they told me the car was ready, but there was still a bit of noise. The service team said it was barely noticeable. I asked why there was any at all since this is why I took it in. Service team request me to come in to look at it and go from there. When I arrived, I paid the bill and went to my car. When I pulled out of the parking stall, I immediately heard noise coming from the wheel. This was a new noise and one which was not present before. Frustrated, I drove it back to the front of the service department. While I was driving to the front of the service department, I notice the original noise the car was making was still there! Nothing was fixed! When I walked inside, the look on the service team member was obvious. He knew it wasn't right. He asked me if it was still bad, I said, "You guys made it worse and nothing was fixed." The service team member replied and said, "I wondered if it wasn't fixed. My service manager wanted to drive with you, but he is out for lunch." I was extremely frustrated with the situation. Not only did Dishman not fix the problem they made it worse. Not only that, but they also knowingly gave me back my car still broken. I waited for an hour for the service manager to return from his lunch. When he arrived back, we jumped in the car and took a 30 second drive. That's all it took for him to realize they didn't do anything to correct the problem. Now I just spent $3k to supposedly fix a CV issue which I can't tell you if it was a problem or not. I have to trust the same service team who knowingly gave me back a broken car. I left the car with them to diagnose the actual problem. I got a call back from the service team the following day. They've figured out the problem and it's the cradle. 10-hour job. The quote to fix was going to be $5k to fix it. However, because of the issues from before, they cut the labor cost in half. So now I am only out another $2.3k. Needless to say, very irritated with the service from Dishman. Once known for great service and trust, they've lost mine. I've purchased vehicles from them, but no longer. For the Dishman team to knowingly give me back a broken car after forking out $3k shows very little integrity. Be better. More

I want to thank Dishman for the quick turnaround on my vehicle or I would have been without it for at least a week. I came from the Seattle area when my DEF service light came on 400 miles away from home vehicle or I would have been without it for at least a week. I came from the Seattle area when my DEF service light came on 400 miles away from home and they were able to get me in that day and service my vehicle. It also saved me 600$ on a rental and another 400$ in gas round trip if I had to come back to Idaho to pick it up. Again thank you so much for the quick turnaround and helping me get back on the road. More
