Service advisor had to call the day of my service appointment, nobody did anything with my truck while he was out. Could not get a hold of anyone since they use an offsite call center that forwarded appointment, nobody did anything with my truck while he was out. Could not get a hold of anyone since they use an offsite call center that forwarded my message to the advisor that was out. Went in the next morning and the on duty manager told me if I was going to raise my voice he was going to walk away. Was promised to hear from the service manager and his boss but shockingly I have not heard from neither since. The most miss managed service center I have ever dealt with, To the point it is not worth my time for even the free oil changes and state inspections. Would give zero stars if possible. More
