First time buying from Dave Arbogast and our first big vehicle purchase. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional and helpful. They were not pushy at all! Th vehicle purchase. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional and helpful. They were not pushy at all! The lines of communication were extraordinary. We booked a test drive for a Saturday morning and it was ready to go when we got there. The entire process from start to finish only took two hours! Joe Bauman was very helpful on any questions/concerns that we had with the vehicle. I strongly recommend purchasing from Dave Arbogast and highly recommend asking for Joe! Will recommend to family and friends for future purchases! More

BUYERS BEWARE Unorganized. Deceitful business practices. Dishonest. Lack of business ethics. 6 weeks after my purchase was completed I was told there was an issue on their e Deceitful business practices. Dishonest. Lack of business ethics. 6 weeks after my purchase was completed I was told there was an issue on their end. The issue- ineffective communication by the team at Dave Arbogast’s GMC. When you deal with 4+ team members, miscommunications are bound to happen. I should’ve known better than to expect them to communicate with each other effectively. I would never recommend a purchase from this dealer. They are rude and do not follow through on what they say they will do. BUYERS BEWARE. Safe yourself the headache and go anywhere but to this dealer. You’ll potentially end up with an issue SIX WEELS after your purchase that you will have to resolve yourself. They will not help. More

Joe went above and beyond as he did on our purchase in 2018 as well. He made the purchase of our new 2024 3500 denali perfect. Gave us a good trade in price for the purchase of our new truck. Made sure ev 2018 as well. He made the purchase of our new 2024 3500 denali perfect. Gave us a good trade in price for the purchase of our new truck. Made sure everything extra we wanted was completed and answered all our questions. Joe made sure to go through all the updated features on this new denali. He helped me with all the set up, onstar, my electronics. He made our purchase a breeze! As we travel for work and pull a fifthwheel gooseneck converted camper, we needed the hitch all in place with ball and safety chain hookups, when they delivered in 2018 our denali dually was all set up for us and delivered to our location to us a few hrs away. And same on our 2024 purchase, Joe made sure our hitch was in place, kicker system installed and ziebart done. And it was my pleasure this time to meet Joe in person. I picked up our new truck and he went over every detail with me. I highly recommend you go see Joe Bauman at Arbogast GMC!! Thankyou so much Joe we appreciate you for making our purchase so easy!! Best car buying experience ever thanks to Joe Bauman and staff! After talking to Joe over the phone my wife and I decided to drive an hour and a half to the dealership to look at a suv for my wife. Joe tol staff! After talking to Joe over the phone my wife and I decided to drive an hour and a half to the dealership to look at a suv for my wife. Joe told me on the phone they treat customer right and I’m not sure that’s correct, he should say they TREAT CUSTOMERS GREAT!!! After buying vehicles for the last four decades I can say this has been by far my best experience. The entire process was enjoyable and Alex in finance was great too. Thanks again Joe and when I am ready to by another vehicle I definitely be back to Dave Arbogast Buick. More
