When you deal with 4+ team members, miscommunications are bound to happen. I should’ve known better than to expect them to communicate with each other effectively. I would never recommend a purchase from this dealer. They are rude and do not follow through on what they say they will do. BUYERS BEWARE. Safe yourself the headache and go anywhere but to this dealer. You’ll potentially end up with an issue SIX WEELS after your purchase that you will have to resolve yourself. They will not help. More

He helped me with all the set up, onstar, my electronics. He made our purchase a breeze! As we travel for work and pull a fifthwheel gooseneck converted camper, we needed the hitch all in place with ball and safety chain hookups, when they delivered in 2018 our denali dually was all set up for us and delivered to our location to us a few hrs away. And same on our 2024 purchase, Joe made sure our hitch was in place, kicker system installed and ziebart done. And it was my pleasure this time to meet Joe in person.
