This is our 2nd truck we've purchased at Dave Arbergast. The first one was in February. And everyone was more than accommodating. All the employees were very nice and helpful. It took some doing But Erica was very determined to find what we wanted. It took hr a little bit. Not because she couldn't find one. But because of the lack of cooperation from the other dealers. They wouldn't respond to her transfer request. But I can't blame Ericca, or Dave Arbergast. We are looking to buy another GMC this year. And there's no doubt that we look for to another outstanding with Erica and the Arbergast team. I would like to thank Erica for her unbelievable persistence in tracking down our new truck. And her exceptional personality. Not just because of her job performance. But, also on they way she carries herself. The positive energy she radiates is amazing We feel like she definitely a genuine carring person. We honestly aren't able to say enough about her. Well the sale of the vehicle was good but after that I had to call you about where the paper work was for my financial company because we were one week away from the purchasing date of being one month . S had to call you about where the paper work was for my financial company because we were one week away from the purchasing date of being one month . So had to have it over night and and when received by my credit union, I was informed it had to be sent back and redone because of numerous mistakes and issues. So here I am no plates no finalized loan and working on my first late payment cause everything is in limbo. Now I have contacted you again for the second time about where my copy of the title is so I can register the vehicle with the BMV because you can only drive on the old tags legally for 30 days so with that said my tags are expired tomorrow Tuesday 5/26/2026. So now I can’t drive my 2026 Sierra Denali because I still have no copy of my title and am on expired tags. Also there seems to be no since of urgency from your staff except Olivia about my dilemma. Hopefully this is not a sample of what your service department will be like. Really disappointed so far in my purchasing experience. Tina and Marshall Gregory More

After test drive, time was taken to answer all our questions. Salesman Dave McMaken was pleasant, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. Trade in negotiation was fair, honest and reasonable. No pressure. Purchased new Buick Envision Avenir on the first visit. Delivery was completed on the same day with minimal wait. All Buick phone apps and customized settings were activated prior to taking delivery. A detailed briefing of all the systems and features was conducted prior to our departing. Felt that we understood all the new features well when we drove away. The most pleasant new car purchasing process we have experienced in over 50 years of purchasing automobiles. More

When you deal with 4+ team members, miscommunications are bound to happen. I should’ve known better than to expect them to communicate with each other effectively. I would never recommend a purchase from this dealer. They are rude and do not follow through on what they say they will do. BUYERS BEWARE. Safe yourself the headache and go anywhere but to this dealer. You’ll potentially end up with an issue SIX WEELS after your purchase that you will have to resolve yourself. They will not help. More
