When i bring my car in i dont have to worry about any surprises, the us service team doesn't do the typical "come in for a routine service , and now you have to have 2 or 3 other services that cost you a thousand dollars" They let you know everything upfront and treat you fairly. Regular service I scheduled the service and asked for the brakes to be checked. Joanne called me with the estimate and suggested a replacement plan 😊 After I picked I scheduled the service and asked for the brakes to be checked. Joanne called me with the estimate and suggested a replacement plan 😊 After I picked up the car I heard a noise from the car and a few days later called and Pam helped me out giving me a loaner car so I could cover the Manhasset graduation.
