This is our second time dealing with Kevin Losee in the pre-owned department. He’s extremely funny and doesn’t beat around the bush. He really tells it like it is. He is very knowledgeable in the automotive business being he owned a foreign car repair shop his whole life. We felt very comfortable sitting with him. I highly recommend him and Rallye for getting an awesome deal on a certified car. Chris in finance department is very honest man that helped everything go so smoothly. Thank You Kevin. More

Professional, well-organized, great waiting area. I admit that I have not gone elsewhere for service of my 2015 RX-350. I've never felt the need to go elsewhere, though. I had a problem with my radio and they said it was wet I came in to have a key made andMy radio was not working when I left the shop and I was told that there must be a leak in my trunk. My car is garaged I came in to have a key made andMy radio was not working when I left the shop and I was told that there must be a leak in my trunk. My car is garaged and it was dry when I brought it in. The radio was working before I brought it in. Before I got my car back from you they washed it. My trunk was very wet and when I called I was told that something was wrong with my trunk. My car is garaged and there was nothing wrong for 10 years. I was told that they would fix the leak for nothing but I would have to pay over $300 for a new radio. I am not happy with that result. That was the most expensive car wash that I have ever had.
